Why do I feel fatigued?
Identifying the reasons and how to overcome fatigue.
Fatigue can prevent you from fully committing and giving your all to your goals. Do not give up on yourself. Failure only happens when you give up. Mistakes are a byproduct of success. However, mistakes should not be a reason for you to to abandon your goals. You have what it takes to be successful.
“But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.” Isaiah 40:31
Reasons for Fatigue
You may feel inadequate or weak, because your willpower alone is not enough to sustain you. You need the clarity and strength of GOD through diligent prayer. Otherwise, the feelings from fatigue will cause to be stagnant and unproductive. Pray and ask HOLY SPIRIT for HIS strength to be diligent in pursuit of your goals. Being diligent in your prayer to GOD will help you to gain clarity and strength to overcome fatigue.
Thoughts and feelings to the commitment is a start to the change of your mindset and life circumstances. But emotions are not enough for success. Use them as a motivator to push you to remain steady and consistent. You need a vision for how you would like your life to be with clarity.
“And HE said unto me, MY grace is sufficient for thee: for MY strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of CHRIST may rest upon me.” 2 Corinthians 12:9
Gain clarity about where you want to be and how GOD is leading you. Obstacles are not always stumbling blocks. There are tests of your diligence and how much you are willing to work for the promises GOD has for your life. Let go of the false notion that the pursuit of success is going to be easy. It’s going to take everything in you to be successful and even then it will not be enough. You need the strength of GOD to break everything in between your present circumstances and future promises. But there is hope.
“Watch ye and pray, lest ye enter into temptation. The spirit truly is ready, but the flesh is weak.” Mark 14:38
GOD only needs you to be a willing vessel for HIS name to be glorified through your life. HE placed the desires for your dreams and goals in your heart. When you surrender to HIS plan and are obedient to HIS word, GOD gives you HIS strength and endurance to overcome every obstacle life throws at you. As you continue to be diligent in prayer, you will begin to dodge and step over step stumbling blocks with ease and confidence that GOD is ordering your steps. You’ll know GOD already has things worked out.

Then, decide what you will accomplish each day. Don’t just let the day happen. Use a physical planner where you can write down what needs to be done each day in hour increments. You’ll spend less time scrolling on social media or watching tv when you have a check list for what you need to get done.
Prayer and meditation are essential to reducing the feelings associated with fatigue. It will help to alleviate exhaustion by placing your trust in GOD’s plan for your life.
