Procrastinators are not lazy. You may have overwhelming feelings of fear, and doubt. These feelings are accompanied with a lack of planning and time management that leads to tasks being uncompleted or started.

Use deadlines, with consequences, which hold you accountable if you do not complete each task. As you continue in the process of setting goals, schedules, and self-accountability, you will become more disciplined and consistent. Each day you will be taking steps toward achieving your goals.
